Allison McCall - Artistic Director
Allison has been a proud member of Mad Horse Theatre Co. since 2015 and is the current Artistic Director. On stage roles with MHTC include: Jill in Radiant Vermin, King Tot/Atlanta in The Tomb of King Tot, Carly in Reasons to be Pretty, Rachel Jackson in Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson, Maria/Scratchy in Mr. Burns, Ashley in Trevor, Myrrhine in Lysistrata, and Hadia in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo. She's also sometimes a stage manager or director, and a very occasional playwright (Waiting for Alice, Icarus and Daedalus). Other local credits include Good Theater, Fenix Theatre Co, Ziggurat Theatre Ensemble, PortFringe, and various film projects, among others. Allison is a founding member of MTWTFSS Theatre Co and is represented by Dirigo Talent Agency. She graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2011 with a BA in Theatre and Art History, and studied Theatre/Performance Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2009. By day, Allison can be found as a Theatre Educator with the Children's Museum and Theatre of Maine, or off climbing mountains.
