SOS! Squirrels Attacked Our Building!
Once upon a time, a family of squirrels decided 24 Mosher Street would make a good home. Unfortunately, they were not great tenants. After creating a new door in the form of a hole in the exterior wall 60 feet up, the squirrels caused damage through our lobby walls, and extensive damage to our lobby closet. And this would not be a Mad Horse story without some death and that smelly aftermath. After several months of effort to extract and repair, these little furry tenants caused over $4000 worth of damage to the building. The repair is ongoing, and a surprise to no one, this is expensive. For us to live happily ever after (or whatever that means in a Mad Horse story), we need some financial help! Your donations to our Squirrel Fund will greatly benefit our efforts to repair and clean this squirrelly mess.
Help us raise $4,200 by June 30 to help pay for these unexpected costs!
